HOLE 1 PAR 4

316 METRES / 346 YARDS

A slight draw off the tee on this short dogleg left hole opens up play ensuring an easy approach shot to the green. Too far right spells trouble with out of bounds lurking.

HOLE 2 PAR 3

181 METRES / 198 YARDS

A short hole with water lurking on the left but that is just half the challenge. The elevated putting surface add more challenge where misplaced shots may just roll off the green and into the water.

HOLE 3 PAR 5

496 METRES / 542 YARDS

Apart from O.B on the right and a pond on the left, the fairway is a straight forward affair. Two bunker guard both sides of the slopping green which has been reduced to make it even more challenging.

HOLE 4 PAR 4

365 METRES / 399 YARDS

A well-placed tee-shot, preferably a slight fade promises better position for the second shot, which requires precision to navigate the pond and bunker to the narrow entrance to the slick green.

HOLE 5 PAR 4

361 METRES / 395 YARDS

A well guarded green that would need a pivotal approach shot, which must negotiate a pond on the right and a bunker on the left.

HOLE 6 PAR 5

481 METRES / 526 YARDS

A superb par-five that demands nothing less than a committed tee- shot and a brave second shot over the pond on the left to a well -defended green for anyone thinking of getting on in two. Playing it as a true par- five is often the better choice.

HOLE 7 PAR 4

386 METRES / 422 YARDS

A dogleg right hole where a power fade will be handsomely rewarded. Otherwise aim for the centre of the fairway short of the pylons. Beware the pond on the right and bunker on the left of the green.

HOLE 8 PAR 4

385 METRES / 421 YARDS

A narrow but straightforward challenge. Hit the fairway with the tee-shot and the approach to the elevated green, defended by two front bunkers will be a lot easier.

HOLE 9 PAR 3

151 METRES / 165 YARDS

Playing uphill, this is the shortest hole on the course and it demands an accurate blind shot to the tricky green guarded by front bunkers on both sides.

HOLE 10 PAR 4

412 METRES / 451 YARDS

A thrilling dogleg right challenge where a perfectly positioned tee-shot, preferably a fade will be rewarded with a routine mid iron second shot. Stray too far right and you can expect a messy score.

HOLE 11 PAR 5

452 METRES / 494 YARDS

A pretty straightforward par-five if you take away the pond on the right side of the fairway, which for most players is not in play. The approach shot the green protected by bunkers on the front, left and back is uphill all the way.

HOLE 12 PAR 3

205 METRES / 224 YARDS

For most players, getting on in regulation at this long and reasonably daunting par-three is challenge enough, not to mention the head scratching moments on the green trying to figure out the lines.

HOLE 13 PAR 4

317 METRES / 347 YARDS

This slight dogleg left is the second shortest par-four on the course which requires just a long iron off the tee to avoid the fairway trap on the right at the turn. The approach shot is uphill to the bunkers-infested green.

HOLE 14 PAR 4

370 METRES / 405 YARDS

A dogleg right fairway that slopes from left to right. Aiming just enough left will allow the ball to roll back to the middle of the fairway for an easier approach to the green guarded by bunkers at the front and rear and rough on both sides.

HOLE 15 PAR 3

160 METRES / 175 YARDS

A demanding par- three with the green sloping from back to front. Club selection is important as anything short will end up in the pond in front of the green. If it is too long, it may end up in one of the three rear bunkers and a nightmare recovery shot beckons.

HOLE 16 PAR 4

415 METRES / 454 YARDS

An uphill and dogleg left hole with heavy rough on each side of the fairway. Centre fairway is the target for a demanding mid to long iron second shot to the green protected by bunkers front and left. Definitely not an easy hole.

HOLE 17 PAR 4

395 METRES / 432 YARDS

A narrow driving hole with out of bounds on both sides of the fairway. The tee- shot plays uphill and must not go too far or risk a difficult down slope lie with the approach shot, which plays downhill to a green guarded by two bunkers.

HOLE 18 PAR 5

455 METRES / 498 YARDS

This is a perfect finishing hole demanding nothing less than an accurate and long tee-shot. The second shot plays uphill to a well- bunkered green that slopes back to front. From the fairway, the Minangkabau-style clubhouse is an imposing sight signaling the end of your round.
