COMPLAINTS
Complaints about services provided by the club, conduct of staff, another member, guests or visitors; and quality/ quantity / price of food and beverages should be made in writing to the Honorary Secretary or through the complaints/ suggestion book.
CLUB PROPERTY
No person shall remove, misuse, abuse, damage or deface any club property. The Committee of Management has the right to recover any cost incurred in replacing any damaged property from the person concerned.
DISTRIBUTION OF CIRCULARS OR FLYERS
Please be informed that members are advised not to distribute or circulate any circulars or Flyers without prior approval from the Committee of Management.
NOTICES & POSTERS
With the exception of official club notices, notices or posters shall not be placed in the Club premises without the permission of the Honorary Secretary or Manager
MEMBERSHIP CARD
Members are required to produce the membership card at the Reception Counter, F&B and any other outlets at the Club to avoid any misunderstanding or wrong account charges made to members account. Your co-operation is highly appreciated.
AUTO DEBIT SYSTEM
Please be informed that the Auto Debit System is available and members who wish to debit their account through the Auto Debit System are required to get the standing instruction form at the Reception Counter. Please attach photocopy of credit card both sides.
